Client Details Panel

Selecting a Client:

When a client's name is selected from the sidebar, the details panel provides a wealth of information and interactive features to assist in managing client relationships effectively.

Client Information:

The panel displays vital client details, including their Name, Email Address, Company Name, Phone Number, and essential timestamps such as the Date of First Email Sent and the Date of Last Email Sent to them. It also presents data on Total Emails, Emails Sent, and Emails Received.

Incident Management:

Users have the ability to copy an incident link, facilitating the generation of a unique link dedicated to the selected client. This link grants access to all incidents related to that specific client. It streamlines the process of handling and monitoring incidents tied to the client.

Embedding Content:

The details panel provides two key functionalities for content integration:

Embed Content:

A rich text editor allows users to seamlessly embed diverse content, enhancing the communication and information-sharing process.

Embed Link:

This feature facilitates the inclusion of hyperlinks within the panel's content.

Tab Navigation:

Beneath the client's details, a set of tabs provides access to various information categories:

Sent Emails:

This tab compiles all emails sent to the selected client, offering a comprehensive view of each message, including sender, recipient, date sent, and more. It provides insights into the communication history.

Received Emails:

Similar to the "Sent Emails" tab, this section offers a complete record of emails received from the client, with detailed information about each correspondence.

All PDF Links:

This tab is a repository for all attached PDF files, organized by dates, making it effortless to locate and access specific documents.

All Inner Links:

In cases where emails contain attachments or internal links, this tab conveniently displays and allows users to access these resources.

Incidents:

An overview of all incidents related to the client, offering a snapshot of the client's interaction history.

Embed Links:

This tab provides a comprehensive view of embedded links and content. It also offers the functionality to generate a shareable link that includes all embedded content, streamlining information sharing.

This client details panel serves as a central hub for managing, accessing, and interacting with client-specific information, email history, and associated resources, providing a powerful and intuitive tool for effective client management.
